 GENERAL CONDITIONS
Payment: 30% at confirmation, 70% 30 days before the charter begins.
Discounts: Early Booking: 15% (till 30.11.09), 10% (till 31.12.09), 5% (till 31.01.10); 5% NSS repeater clients; 3% for 2 or more weeks. Flottilla: 2 yachts 3% - 3 yachts and more 4%. No discount in period A - Max discount 15%.
Short periods: 1 day 30%, 2 days 50%, 3 days and weekends 65%, 4 days 70%, 5 days 80%, 6 days 90, except on holidays.
Security deposit: till 40' €2200; till 44' €3000; till 50' €3500; Lag.410, 440 and SO54DS €4500, Lag.500 €5000 (VISA, MASTERCARD).
Deposit reduction: till 40' €150, till 49' €200, 50' and Bavaria 49 €300 (not refundable) which reduce security deposit to €400 (VISA, MASTERCARD) - (refundable if no damages occurs)
Lag.410, 440 and SO54DS €400; Lag.500 €450 (not refundable) which reduce security deposit to €700 (VISA, MASTERCARD) - (refundable if no damages occurs)
Included in price: GPS chartplotter, autopilot, dinghy, bimini, sprayhood, el. windlass, radio+CD.
Extra: Final cleaning: till 40' €95; till 50' €115; Lag.410, 440 and SO54DS €125; Lag.500 €150.
Maddalena Park: till 40' €30, till 44' € 50, till 50' €70, catamarans and SO54DS €80 per week.
Outboard €100 per week, Bed linen and towels €15 per person (1 case, 2 sheets, 3 towels), Gennaker €160, Gennaker for Lag.440 €200 per week, safety net €50 per week - €80 for the catamarans(if available).
Boarding: saturday at 18:00; weekends: friday 17:00
Outboarding: friday from 16:30 to 18:30 (overnight stay possible until saturday at 8:00)
Weekends: sunday within 18:00.
Mooring: the first (saturday) and the last night (friday) at the marina are included in the price, any other additional stop is to be paid according to marina's daily price-list.
Transfer: Olbia-Portisco car up to 4 pax €55; minibus for 8 pax €80.
Pisa-Castiglioncello (upon request)
Hostess: €90 + food per day.
Parking in the harbour: Portisco €70 per week (not guarded) - Castiglioncello €60 per week (not guarded)
Provisioning: upon request, bill+25% commission.
